Kodo Millet, scientifically known as Paspalum scrobiculatum, is a small, gluten-free, ancient grain that has been cultivated in India for thousands of years. It is one of the lesser-known millets but is highly valued for its nutritional benefits and ability to thrive in semi-arid regions. Kodo Millet is also called Varagu in Tamil, Arikelu in Telugu, and Kodra in Hindi.
